Then you will need two plugins to make it function perfectly. The first plugin is VIPER’S VIDEO QUICKTAG and the second plugin is WP-POSTRATING.
Viper’s video quicktag plugin will display the video websites button on your “Add New Post” page: 
The WP-PostRating will allow your website visitor to rate your videos. If you just want a regular video blog then all you need are the two plugins above.
